1 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 08.02.2019 Thank you to all parents for your understanding about school closures due to snow. Our preference is always to remain open if it is safe to do so but sometimes the weather gets the better of us. Hopefully, we have seen the last of the snow for this winter but we shall wait and see. As usual, I am always so pleased to see this newsletter containing a summary of some of the many activities we do in school. We often consider that this is our ‘quiet’ term but in reality there is never a quiet time at MTP. I am really looking forward to the Y3 & Y4 production of ‘Ye-Ha’ next week. The boys and Mr Hinton have worked so hard and it promises to be a great show. We love to see parents and boys from any year groups at these events so do book your tickets on Wisepay if you are able to attend. The half term break will soon be upon us and I would like to remind parents that next half term starts on Tuesday 26 February because Monday 25 February is one of our staff training days.
