2 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 15.11.2019 Welcome from the Head MTP This Month Reflecting over the contents of this newsletter, it is sometimes hard to believe the amount of events that we manage to fit into our school timetable at the same time as maintaining high quality academic lessons. Recently, to name a few, we have had two visiting theatre productions, both residential and day visits, competitions in art and maths, numerous sporting fixtures, several charity events, Genesis Day, the PA Fireworks, and opportunities to reflect as part of remembrance. All of these events are designed to enrich the lives of our boys, to make them interested in the world around them and to instil a sense of community and compassion. With now only four weeks to go until the end of term, we will turn our attention to preparation for Christmas and there will be lots of Christmas activities to come. Thank you to all parents for being patient with us during our building work. As you have no doubt seen, the old office building is being dismantled at the same time as preparing the ground for the new building and working on the old dining hall.
