12 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 09.02.2023 MTP Year 3 Maths In Maths we have been learning about multiplication and practising using the key vocabulary ‘groups’, ‘items’ and ‘total’ when solving word problems. The boys played a game to practise their times tables facts. They had great fun picking up times tables cards and using counters to try to create a path to the centre to win the game! The game can be found in the Year 3 Maths textbook, so feel free to have a go at home too!
