2 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 14.12.2018 The Christmas Concert last week and the Carol Service today provided seasonal highlights and a fitting end to a busy and rich Autumn term. Other festivities enjoyed by the pupils include a Genesis Day Arcade, House Quizzes, House Rugby & Cross Country and a traditional Christmas Feast. Unusually, the older boys ate in their Houses rather than their usual year groups. The House Cup will be awarded at Final Assembly on the boys’ return in January. MTP House News JohnsonWheel Of Fortune Genesis Day On our first ever Genesis Day boys from Years 3 to 8 showed their intellectual curiosity by making arcade games out of cardboard, so that Years 1 and 2 could play them. The Pre-Prep then reciprocated and made arcade games for some older boys to enjoy. It was a fantastic success and everyone enjoyed making their arcade games and playing on others. Well done to all involved.
