Earlier this week, we were delighted to welcome Chris Smith, author of The Twits Next Door, who talked to our boys about what it really means to be a writer – from where ideas come from, to how stories are shaped, and about his new Famous Five series.
A particular highlight was Chris’ wonderfully imaginative ‘machine of words’, which led the boys down a trail of creativity and wonder as they stitched together their own curious and inventive stories.
