Assistant Head (Pastoral, Wellbeing & Inclusion)
Apply now
We are seeking two exceptional forward‑thinking leaders to join our Senior Leadership Team from September 2026. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help shape the future of a school already recognised for its vibrant culture, ambitious vision, creative curriculum, and unwavering commitment to pupil and staff wellbeing.
As we continue to grow and innovate, we are launching two new Assistant Head roles:
– Assistant Head (Pastoral, Wellbeing & Inclusion)
– Assistant Head (Curriculum Innovation)
These roles sit at the heart of our strategic direction: combining research‑informed practice, creativity, and a genuine desire to help every child and colleague flourish. You will join a dynamic SLT that values curiosity, collaboration, professional generosity, and bold educational thinking.
Our pupils are confident, articulate and joyful learners; our staff are committed, warm and ambitious; and our community is strong, engaged and deeply proud of the school’s ethos. This is an environment where innovative ideas are welcomed, professional growth is championed, and leaders have the trust and freedom to make a meaningful impact.
We want leaders who:
- Are energised by creativity, collaboration and modern pedagogy
- Lead with emotional intelligence, authenticity and a people‑first approach
- Bring fresh thinking, courage and strategic clarity
- Care deeply about children’s learning, wellbeing and inclusion
- Want to play a significant role in shaping the future of our school
Whether your passion lies in pedagogical innovation or pastoral excellence, this is your chance to help drive a bold, future‑focused vision for education.
The selection process has been designed to allow candidates to apply for either one of the roles or for both. Please indicate in your supporting statement whether you wish to be considered for a specific role, or for both positions.
