The School Day at the Prep has been designed to ensure a swift pick-up and collection of your son. You can also find information below on the time that clubs and activities will finish every day based on your sons year group.

The Manor: Nursery & Reception

Pupils in Nursery and Reception benefit from a carefully balanced school day designed to support learning, wellbeing and development. Breakfast Club is available from 7:30am each morning at The Manor, providing a calm and welcoming start to the day.

At the end of the School day, families may access our Wraparound Care provision, delivered by Junior Adventures Group (JAG). Flexible collection options are available, with care provided until 6:00pm.

Our approach reflects the developmental needs of our youngest children, prioritising play, wellbeing, social interaction and high-quality care beyond the School day.

Introducing Stay & Play sessions with the Junior Adventure Group (JAG)

The Junior Adventure Group Stay & Play sessions are after school play-based sessions that offer a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can relax, socialise and take part in a wide range of age-appropriate activities.

With flexible pick up times, the sessions are open to boys from Nursery through to Year 6 every day of the week.

Years 1-6

Our provision beyond the School day has been carefully designed to reflect the developmental needs of pupils at different ages and stages.

All pupils in Years 1–6 are supervised from 8:00am. Breakfast Club is available from 7:30am in The Dovecott, providing a nutritious breakfast and a calm, welcoming start to the day.

At the end of the School day, pupils have access to a range of opportunities including Enrichment Clubs, Prep Club and Wraparound Care. Younger pupils in Years 1 and 2 may attend up to three enrichment clubs each week, helping to maintain a healthy balance between organised activities, wellbeing, free time and family life.

As pupils move through the School, the range and frequency of opportunities increase, supporting growing independence and wider interests. For families requiring extended care, Wraparound Care is available until 6:00pm through a combination of Prep Club and Junior Adventures Group (JAG) provision, depending on the age of the pupil.
