Bringing Greek Myths to Moor Farm

This half term, Year 4 have been stepping back in time to the land of Ancient Greece, making links between their learning in History and English.

They have had great fun reading and then performing the story of King Midas, who famously turned everything he touched to gold. They have also looked at the story of Perseus and Medusa, retelling the story using their imagination and widening vocabulary to really bring the story to life.

It has been lovely to see the boys fully embrace this topic and develop their speaking and listening as well as their descriptive writing throughout.
