The end of the Summer Term saw our third cohort of Year 5 London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) candidates undertake their Grade 1 Communication examinations in The Speaking of Verse and Prose.
In addition to developing the pupils’ communication skills, public confidence and self-esteem, their hard work was rewarded with thirteen Distinctions at an average of 92% (including one perfect score of 100%!).
This completed a record-breaking 38 Distinctions across the year group, an excellent achievement for our very first year of Year 5 LAMDA examinations. Congratulations to all involved.
