Coming Together as a Community at the Parents Association Coffee Morning

Writes Colette Quinlivan, Head of Pre-Prep

It was a real pleasure to welcome so many parents to our second PSA Coffee Morning last week. With a fantastic turnout, boosted slightly by the unplanned tube strikes, there was a real sense of community and warmth as we all filled the Dining Hall.

It was especially lovely to see so many new faces alongside familiar ones, with plenty of conversation and laughter. There was a real buzz around the upcoming PSA Quiz Night, which has already sold out. Several parents tried their luck asking for hints and tips to the quiz questions so they could prepare, but I’m afraid I wasn’t giving anything away!

Although we missed Arun Koshal, our PSA Chair, it was wonderful to see so many of the PSA committee there, helping to create such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

These moments are incredibly valuable, offering parents the chance to connect not only with each other, but with staff across the school in a way that goes beyond the usual quick conversations at drop-off and pick-up.

A huge thank you to the PSA for organising another enjoyable morning… and of course, the pastries were a bonus!
