This year’s U11 Larkin Shield Football Tournament took place on Saturday 26 September, inviting in our friends from St John’s, Manor Lodge, Edge Grove, Berkhamsted and York House.
The tournament took place at Merchant Taylors’ Prep and was a great spectacle of local footballing talent. Prep pupils played with courage and skill, picking up points from difficult opponents and showing perseverance when results went against them. This year’s winners were Berkhamsted school, retaining their title from 2025.
Congratulations to all boys that took part in the day. We are looking forward to several more tournaments approaching over the next few weeks.
