In the final week before Half Term, we celebrated a truly super day for our youngest athletes, highlighting a showcase packed with teamwork, determination, and the pure joy of the boys cheering each other on from start to finish.

The Pre-Prep Sports Showcase was a fantastic afternoon and a chance to celebrate the progress made by our Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 boys in PE this year. It was lovely to see the boys taking part with such enthusiasm and confidence, giving every activity their best effort.
This year’s event was made even more special as it marked the first time our Year 1 and Year 2 boys had the opportunity to wear their House colours. There was a real sense of pride as they represented Johnson, Livingstone, Newton and Wren, cheering on their teammates and encouraging one another throughout the afternoon.
The boys demonstrated a range of skills and, most importantly, showed excellent teamwork and sportsmanship. It was particularly pleasing to see every boy fully involved, supporting one another and celebrating each other’s successes. While there was plenty of healthy competition, the focus remained on participation, enjoyment and working together.
We were incredibly proud of the way all the boys approached the afternoon and the enthusiasm they showed from start to finish. A special thank you to all the parents who came along to support the boys. Their encouragement helped to create a fantastic atmosphere and made the afternoon even more enjoyable for everyone involved.
